Get in touch
GlioBridge is built in open exchange with patients, families and professionals. Questions, feedback, a bug or an interest in working together — we read every message.
- Reply within a few days
- GlioBridge is a small project — we answer personally, but not around the clock.
- Straight to the team
- No ticket queue, no canned replies. Your message reaches the people building the app.
- Treated confidentially
- Your message is not passed on and never used for advertising.

Feedback & ideas
What is missing? What feels cumbersome? Feedback from patients and families shapes what gets built next.

Clinics, patient organisations, professionals and media: for questions, collaborations and materials.
Open emailPrivacy & security
Access, deletion or export of your data — or a security issue you have found.
Open emailPlease do not send health data by email. Email is not a secure channel. Do not send us findings, diagnoses, medication plans or other health data — not as attachments either. For questions about your vault, a description without personal content is enough.
What we can answer — and what we cannot
We are glad to help with
- How the app works: entries, documents, vault, doctor report.
- Questions about privacy, storage, export and deletion of your data.
- Technical problems, bugs and unclear wording inside the app.
- Pointers to factual inaccuracies in the knowledge base.
- Requests about collaboration, press and reuse of content.
What we cannot do
- No medical questions about your situation, your values or your findings.
- No assessments of diagnosis, course of disease or treatment options.
- No statement on whether a trial or treatment is an option for you.
- No support in acute or urgent health situations.
GlioBridge documents and explains — it does not make medical assessments. Please discuss medical questions with your medical team. In urgent cases, contact your treating clinic or the out-of-hours medical service; in an emergency, call emergency services.
