Frequently asked questions
Short and clear — and if something is missing, write to us.
What is GlioBridge?
GlioBridge is a patient-led app for people living with glioma. You document your history (diagnosis, markers, medications, seizures, lab values, questions) and turn it into an easy-to-read doctor's report for your next appointment.
Is GlioBridge a medical device?
No. GlioBridge is not a medical device. It makes no diagnosis, gives no treatment or dosage recommendation and assesses no risks. It documents and explains — the medical judgement stays with the care team.
Who is GlioBridge for?
Above all for people with IDH-mutant gliomas (astrocytomas, oligodendrogliomas) and their relatives who want to keep track of symptoms, appointments, medications and questions.
What happens to my data?
You own and control your data. We collect minimally, sell no data and share nothing without your explicit, revocable consent. Operated in the EU, encrypted transmission. Full export (JSON) and deletion are built in.
Can I share my history with my care team?
Yes. You can share your history for a limited time, revocable at any moment — for example with relatives or your care team. You can also simply take the PDF doctor's report with you yourself.
Does GlioBridge cost anything?
A free basic version is part of the project. Details to follow.
